  • How do I know what type of pool would be suitable in my backyard?

  • How long does it take to build a pool?

    The timeframe for pool construction can vary greatly due to different factors such as weather, local building inspections, and the complexity of your project. Most shotcrete pools are completed within 6-8 weeks after local permitting is approved. Vinyl liner pools can be completed in 4-6 weeks after permit approval. 

  • How much time will I spend maintaining my swimming pool?

    Thanks to modern technology and equipment, it's easy to own a pool. Most owners opt for some kind of automation for pool operation, which can be set on a regular cleaning schedule. 


    You'll likely spend approximately 15-30 minutes per week on minimal pool maintenance. 

  • Will a pool increase the value of my home?

    A swimming pool increases your home value beyond just finances. It provides you with endless summer entertainment and memories with family and friends for years to come. 


    The National Association of Realtors says an inground pool increases a home's value from 8-15%. This value will vary based on current market and property values. 

  • What is the difference between saltwater and chlorine pools?

    Chlorine has been used since before the 1980s, and is still used today in both private and public pools. Saltwater systems gained traction around 20 years ago as an alternative to the harshness of traditional chlorine. 


    With an electric component, the pool equipment turns table salt into odorless chlorine in your pool. Advantages include:

    • Soft, soothing water
    • No chlorine smell
    • Increased eye comfort

  • What is the best time of year to build a new pool?

    A swimming pool can be installed any time of year, even in the winter! The time of installation is around 6-10 weeks, so you can install the pool even in the middle of summer and still have plenty of time to enjoy it throughout the year.

  • Is there enough space on my property to use excavation equipment?

    Our standard-sized equipment fits 80% of backyards. Because space is limited in some communities, we also have smaller equipment for those properties.

  • Do I need to remove any trees before construction begins?
